This document outlines the terms of service for all coaching services provided by Slay the Unseen. By engaging in any coaching services, you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Payment: Payment for services is due before the coaching session. We accept payment by credit card only on this website.
2. Cancellations: If you need to cancel a coaching session, we require at least a 24-hour notice. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of the full cost of the coaching session will be charged.
3. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for coaching services.
4. Intellectual Property: All materials provided by us during coaching sessions are for the exclusive use of the person engaging in the coaching session and may not be reproduced or shared with any third parties.
5. Liability: We cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of our coaching services.
6. Data Protection: We are committed to protecting our client's data and ensuring it is kept secure. We will not share any of our client's data with any third parties.
7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, United States.
8. Amendments: We reserve the right to make amendments to these terms of service at any time. We will not notify all clients of any changes to the terms of service. Our clients are responsible for checking this pages regularly.
